Belly Laughing!

Matthew seems happiest when he is doing something that he should not be doing. He lets out this huge belly laugh that comes from his toes, then looks at you from the corner of his eye. It is actually quite funny. (For Now!) Here are a few picks of him intentionally spilling water. He thinks this is hysterical!!
